Here’s a poster I made for tomorrow’s performance by Alejandro and the Fame! It’s an all-male Lady Gaga tribute band that premiered at the after party for a performance by an all-male Shakespeare troupe. This will be their second performance and I’m happy to say I’ll be playing bass alongside Thom Dunn, Allon Dubler, Paul Cantillon, Jeff Turbitt, and Just Carl. Come by PA’s in Somerville tomorrow night for the gayest sausage party to hit the east coast since the Jonas Brothers World tour hit Boston nearly two years ago on July 18th 2009.

I’ve been thinking about some tattoos for myself. I’m leaning towards a playing card. The lizard king of hearts.

I’m working on an album project that I get to use all sorts of great imagery for. Took a break from drawing to make this guy in celebration of the coming weekend (the rapture?).

I’ve moved my blog over to my main website for now. Once I’m done constructing it I’ll move on to a new website. You can still visit the old portfolio site here

This is a gig poster I designed for Streight Angular {a rehash because the last show this poster theme was used for was canceled} and some other bands.

TThe video artist I’ve been working with, Steven Grisé is going to SXSW to do visuals for some great bands like Streight Angular and DOM. He asked me to produce some material for him. I made these cassette cases and think they look pretty sweet. The artist uses a lot of analog technology to mix and master the VHS tapes so I decided to match him and use only spray paint, ink, adhesive, and varnish to finish the cases. To see his work and ask him about how the festival went visit his site here- Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone

Here’s the splash page I just put up for video artist and filmmaker Steven Grisé. This links to his Vimeo and will later link to his whole website. I made it by chopping up and collaging two of his stills from his live analog video pieces.
